PART 1: THE forming February 15th, 2002
one day rare and halow decided to make another gay clan since all their other previous clans died so halow and rareops made a clan called NG “next generation operatives” and NG began..its reign of suckiness
noteable recruits: hybrid,zeroblade,blackout,natas,automatic
PART 2: League Play
as we headed into ACL ng went on a recruiting spree recruiting Indigo,semi,insomniac,mushu,ink,raz0r. ACL was a hard season for NG they finished 5-5 and got a wild card berth i believe only to get eliminated by oD in the first round. AAL another league that had started about the same time ACL had started.. i believe we finished 7-3-3 only to lose to invader in the first round. All of the new recruits that NG had gotten had all left after AAL. InSoMnIaC went inactive and was eventually removed for inactivness. raz0r would leave but would come back and make a long term commitment to ng,mushu was kicked due to contoversay(sp??) and -ink- was removed for being inactive,also indigo would hang around for along time much like myself.
PART 3: SUMMER AND AST
At this time,NG was in a lull, no leagues no new recruits and only stayed alive because of all of its loyal members. BlackOut another inactive but loyal member of ng, would eventually quit for NiN. So NG was through?? right?? wrong. The remains of NGs active members spent the summer practicing daily and trying to improve. Somewhere in the middle NG recruited hybrids good friend panicc,who would prove himself useful throughout the next couple of leagues. By the time AST came around NG was pumped and ready for anything,sadly NG would only accomplish 1 forfeit win and a very hard fought Tie with NiN. After That,NG would go into some serious recruiting one of NG’s good friends sefk would change the face of the clan for good. Shortly after AST, zeroblade would retire from ARC we will always appreciate what he did for this clan.
PART 4: new hopes entering LAL.
After recruiting pimpsmack,Sefk,grape,Argus,Gh0st,Xenshin,Tekaz and unreal was recruited for the playoffs but left afterwards for NA. Also few other people joined(i have a bad memory i’ll try and write a few later) things did look good once again going into LAL. If i remember right we finished 8-2-0-1 Our regulation losses again sYn and our OT loss to exe. As NG headed into the playoffs NG’s first round opponent was the suprising but somewhat smurfy voiD clan. NG would take the first game 3-0 but in game 2 voiD pulled a game out of their ass with a 2-1 win in OT. The final game coming down on a 10PM monday night,the game was tied 1-1 and there one of the members were cheating and void was immidiatley disqualified,afterwards. In the Conference finals (whales conference??) we played the best clan in LAL in sYn. sYn took game 1 3-0 NG took game 2-1 in OT sYn took game 3 3-0 NG took game 4 1-0 and in the last and deciding game in the series NG would miraculously win 2-1 in overtime. In the LAL finals NG would win its first League Title over aCs 4-1 I can not write much about this because I (razor) was on vacation. Also on the way through LAL a few people quit: Tekaz quit for NiN about half way through the season, Gh0st would leave during playoffs. somewhere along the way natas quit ng and then arc,he was a big part of the early stages of NG.
Part 5: the AGN winter run
After winning LAL NG was sure a bid for AGN. other clans such as aCs and sYn would also compete in AGN to climb the ladder. not many changes to the NG lineup,during AGN only 5 people were picked up: oreo,yannick,zerogravity,wizzard,and jelly. NG would have some-what of an up and down season but would eventually come out to an 8-5-1 record,which would give them the #5 seed for the playoffs. Our first round opponent was probably the best in the league in Z,which had the likes of manna,appnet,sucidezz,gamer,shiz,etc. NGs line would consist mainy of jelly,sefk,grape,rareops,pimpsmack,wizz,raz0r, throughout the playoffs. Game 1 went to Z 3-0. Game 2 NG would come back and win 1-0 in OT. Game 3,Z would win 2-0 and advance to the next round………or so we thought Z was accused of smurfing and banned from the league =[. NG would be automatically be in the second round because of this. In the second round NG would face CO, a very tough clan consisting of many skilled arcers, the first game would go to NG 3-0, and NG would win the second game 1-0 to move onto the winter AGN finals,where NG would take on sYn,undoubtedly the best clan in the league, NG would have their work cut out for them. sYn would win the series in three games 2-1,2-1,3-0 After all the high hopes of winning another title NG came up short,but all in all IT was a good season for us.
Part 5 II: AAL 3 and departures
at the same time AGN was going on,AAL was also going on another highly competitive league, NG would have the #2 seed with an 11-2 record and eventually lose to AoA in 3 games in the conf finals. After this,some NGs were fed up with certain issues which led to the departure of many NG players such as argus,indigo,yannick,grape.
Part 6: MLA 4 and ACL
after AAL,MLA 4 started shortly after,it was going to be even tougher and more competitive than AGN and AAL. NG was in for a tough season of people leaving and would face alot of tough clans. New NGs recruited during this time were fellow HC MaNna,Suicidezz [would leave after first game of season],HaVoK =(would join at the end of the season btw),grape would come back but leave again at the end of the season,toolbox,and forsaken. NG played everyone hard. NG capped on every opponent,even in losses until the last playoff game vs E. NG would finish the season
7-4-1 and go into mla playoffs as number 5 seed,highest wild card spot without a division title. our first round opponent would be against sYn, the same clan that beat NG in the AGN finals. NG brang it to sYn and won game 1 – 2-0 in game 2 NG was going to try to close them out in the best of 3 series and did with another 2-0 win. In the second round NG would face a top 2 MLA clan and would lose the series against =E= 1-2,0-1.
as for ACL,NG would be replace exe after the first 4 games of the ACL season. NG would finish 3-7-1 or something and somehow got the division title because FoM was caught smurfing and was deducted five points. in the ACL round robin NG 3-0ed IV and beat FoM twice and FoM also beat IV,elimating them from the playoffs. NG would eliminate FoM, but eventually lose to aCs.
Part 7: NG changes and AAL 4.
Shortly after ACL AAL would begin 3 weeks later *AGAIN* NG had alot of people leave the clan at the end of ACL toolbox and forsaken would quit. Everytime NG would lose recruits they would bounce right back. NG would always find a way to replace people. So, NG recruited appnet,havok and suicidez would come back to be with his assmate manna.
8: AAL 4 (may-june-earlyjuly 03)
the start of another good run in leagues undoubtedly one of ngs best performances.. the season started off with 3 straight wins we looked pretty hot for awhile then we lose a close but well fought loss to tnt to drop us to (3-1) with two blow out win and a close one with agent with appnets leading the way we were running at all cylinders at 6-1-0. after a tie against CI and a loss to XiN we were still feeling pretty good. then came a killer weekend on our schedule we were pretty much just hoping for one point against clans that were better than us (E,TnT) we came away 1-0-1 that weekend which put us in great position and pretty much had us playing oD in the playoffs leading now..up to the final weekend,our final game was against AoA.. a game for pride pretty much if we lose we’re 5th seed if we win we’re 4th seed so it really had no impact on the playoffs either way we’re playing overdose.. it was pretty hard fought but we ended up winning a close one overtime. Next Generation finished the season 8-3-2 which was by far our best record ever. The playoffs..lets just say — sucked. almost nobody showed up for the games it was a tough time for us especially we lost the first game vs oD 1-3 because of technical difficultys! it was pretty tough to then forfeit the next game. We were really going in the wrong direction at this time. people who joined/left during the season: wookie(smurfing)havok(personal reasons) and later appnet (personal reasons)
9: mini mla (july-august 03)
after AAL was over a month later a mini-mla was announced by silvermaster. we luckily made it in but our season didnt turn out the way we had wanted it to due to major inactiveness, computer problems for others so we finished i think 3-7. The highlight of our season was definatley and probably one of the best games i ever played in XiN was pretty much killing us..they were up 2-0 but i never gave up and i’m pretty sure none of my clanmates did either we fought back after a quick cap after xin had previously capped to cut xin’s lead in half.. time was running out..we were still down by a cap so we did a hail mary like thing and just tried to touch the flag to keep the game going under the pressure this seemed impossible but somehow we flagged and capped to tie the game and force OT. at this point everyone was pumped which was only fitting and we would end up winning in OT… i realize it probably wasnt xin or ng’s top line but it was still a great game nonethless.. another highlight of this mla was the 2-1 OT loss to tbwa =[. Another great game to play in and a great learning experience.. it was pretty evenly matched but everyone knew tbwa was better. it really wasnt a great season in terms of wins/losses but there was particular games from this season that made up for it. With the key additions of people like Gh0st,toughshot,Gs the future was definatley looking bright
10: AGN IV.
Once again AGN Was running late in the year and it was time for NG to WIN agn not be a runner up this time!! 
. With some key additions coming into the season things were looking up. the projected starting line was looking good until.. manna and suicidez quit arc after the first game of AGN and Gs had just seemingly dissapeared (yhate:[) now things looked bad,but i still realized we had people though i was never worried. We started off the season was with a close win over INVADER and then things went in a downward spiral for some reason we lost 4 straight games by 1 cap or less it pretty much killed us,it was hard to put together a solid every week line up because of all the inactivness and people like [manna,sui,gs all disapearing] but what seemed like the end of the season was only the beggining as NG ripped off 6 straight wins 3-0 over nin,3-1 over tc,2-0 over ufo 3-0 over nof.. so all of a sudden NG was alive again at 5-4 and our rival who was holding a playoff spot over us at the time was a half a game better at 5-3-1. Then came the killer weekend where it was pretty much do or die we needed atleast 2 of our 3 games against TnT,tC,AoA. We managed to win 2 out of the 3 and stay alive at 7-5 so there was still a shot at the playoffs,and what we later learned was alls we had to do was knock off SN to get in the playoffs. we managed to beat them and at the end of the season we tied 8-6 for the 6th playoff spot but we owned the tie breaker over SN therefore putting us in over them. in the playoffs we lost to oD in some competetive games but ultimatley anything past a 7-7 was a great season for us considering where we started making the playoffs was just icing on the cake pretty much. A solid season at 8-8. key members for this league: Toughshot,Zerogravity,Gh0st,RareOps,raz0r,Nas,Argus and there were others who played solidly during the season and we appreciate everyone who helped ng get as far as they did:]

12. NG Reforms Jan 29th, 2007
Halow and RareOps were back again and recruited players like Arrow and shrinK to help build a nucleus around. We participated in a few leagues and did well. We played in AGN and were becoming short on players so we recruited Prevent, Bone, and purEx to help stay competitive. We did very well in the leagues we participated in, reaching playoffs in all of them. After the demise of ARC, many NG members quit the game altogether or felt that Spark would mean a new start for them and opted to join or form other clans. Although Halow intended to bring NG to Spark, he decided to leave the game as well with many of the players leaving the clan.
Notables on the roster around this time were Halow, RareOps, hybrid, Arrow, ManNa, Suicidezz, Argus, Indigo, BlackOut, semi, DestenE, shrinK, Zmaster, chito, Prevent, Bone, and purEx.
13. NG Returns Again February 15th, 2009
Halow and RareOps decided that it was time for NG to rise from the dead once again. We started up again with the usual core of Halow, RareOps, BlackOut, and semi. Our first recruit was mental and for a good month or two that was all our roster consisted of. We opted not to apply to SPL due to our roster size. We recruited some noobs eventually though, so we’re all good now *:]
